I just started reading your blog & I am headed to Bali with my 3-year old. I noticed you rented a scooter. Did you and your husband both rent them? Did you let the children ride on them? I am in Thailand now and had no choice but to put us both on a scooter to get to our homestay. As an American, I felt guilty and worried in the extreme, but I see newborns on scooters here! Just wondering how you felt about it.
