Ok, ok, we moved here with the intent of going to the beach more often, but it hasnt really happened. It takes some planning to do and by the time we think of it, the day has escaped us and we dont do it.

Well, the other day we got there. Oh, its so much fun and reminded us that we should do it again and definitely more often.

Fish and chips and cold beer for dinner…

The feel of grass on a wonderful summer evening.

And best of all, getting back home and feeling the sun on your skin and the crunch of sand between your toes and in your pants.
Its almost what it is to feel alive and present.

We should do this more often.
