One Minute in Saigon

I have fallen deeply in love with the numerous street cafes and restaurants that line up just about every pavement or dirt lining the street in Asia. If you have never had the pleasure of experiencing them, forget about the French intricate chairs facing the street with a cup of freshly brewed coffee on the table next to them. Think cheap and quick set up – child size plastic chairs, tiny tables, metal cart where a woman of few words is preparing everything for you in lightening speed, while you breathe deeply the various exotic fumes coming from the busy street that is caressing your toes.
Welcome to Saigon for this round of One Minute snaps.
