A little slice of sandwich heaven

I am a glutton.
I love my food. I love other people’s food. I just love food, period.
But I am picky, it needs to be good food to bring me the full gamut of pleasure.
.
My piece of heavenly lunch, which fulfilled my enjoyment requirements:
A sprouted chickpeas homemade hummus
and gently caramelized onions and capsicums with a dash of four leaf Balsamic vinegar
on top of lightly toasted seeded sourdough bread
and sprinkled with extra virgin olive oil

Yummmo!

That is a wonderful compliment, nikki.
Yikes on the stomach bug. Was it the dog? ;)
It looks better after the description. I couldn’t figure out if that was bread or a grilled mushroom or eggplant. Thank god it was just bread. :) And I love hummus.

Wanna become by chef????? That is right up my vegetarian alley! LOVE IT!
No, no, no chef here. I hate thinking of what to cook. Or maybe its the shopping I hate, not sure.
But I know that if I was rich, I would have a chef that will make me all sorts of amazing foods on demand. I wish..
