A little slice of sandwich heaven

I am a glutton.
I love my food. I love other people’s food. I just love food, period.
But I am picky, it needs to be good food to bring me the full gamut of pleasure.
.
My piece of heavenly lunch, which fulfilled my enjoyment requirements:
A sprouted chickpeas homemade hummus
and gently caramelized onions and capsicums with a dash of four leaf Balsamic vinegar
on top of lightly toasted seeded sourdough bread
and sprinkled with extra virgin olive oil
and fresh parsley.
Yummmo!
That’s looks mouth wateringly good even with my stomach bug!!! Yum
That is a wonderful compliment, nikki.
Yikes on the stomach bug. Was it the dog? ;)
It looks better after the description. I couldn’t figure out if that was bread or a grilled mushroom or eggplant. Thank god it was just bread. :) And I love hummus.
Seriously, I know I have said this before but you should photograph food all the time.
If you had a restaurant, I’d come. I love good food too. I’m just far to lazy to organise it.
It looks pretty good in the picture, but then I read the ingredients. I have to say that there isn’t a single thing on it that I would eat. Hopefully it tastes better than it sounds?
Wanna become by chef????? That is right up my vegetarian alley! LOVE IT!
No, no, no chef here. I hate thinking of what to cook. Or maybe its the shopping I hate, not sure.
But I know that if I was rich, I would have a chef that will make me all sorts of amazing foods on demand. I wish..
