Yes, but it had to be tatsed, and you did. Thanks for the warning.
Perhaps not. But ya gotta love all those oddball Lindt chocolate flavors, yes? And so nice that you can find them all over the world (even here in Asia). Wasabi? Yep, perhaps a stretch, but I do so love the “Black Pepper” flavor, no?
See, the flavour had the chance of being good, but I think they went overboard with the quantity. You can barely taste the chocolate.
We like the salt one, Dyanne. And the chilli. I am not sure we have tried the black pepper. Hmm…..
Wasabi is in everything these days. Something about it is so appealing. I would’ve bought that chocolate too—probably 4 or 5 times, even if it was disgusting. That’s what happened with the Lindt 99% Cocoa chocolate, which I absolutely hate (remotely-chocolate-flavoured dirt, anyone?), but yet I buy it again and again.
I blame it on branding manipulation. On a completely subconscious level, we that sexy, high-quality packaging design and the word EXCELLENCE and we become drooling idiot monkeys. “Must me have overpriced bar chocolate now yum prawn and chicken flavour mmmm chocolatey.”
Muahaha, Torre! There is enough truth in what you are saying. I, personally, have always been a fan of plain dark chocolate. No fancy fillings, no nuts, just give me the chocolate. Mr.Blab on the other hand, loves all kinds of weird to me combinations, so I get to try them too.
The Lindt packaging is good though. Always draws me in.
