That kid is just ridiculously cute. Savor the last of the baby days!
Thanks for reminding me of my own wee one w/ backpack. It was my first backpack trip with my daughters – to Mexico one summer. They were then but 5 yrs. and 8 yrs. old, and each had their own bright orange, miniature FRAMED backpack. Not much in them but their own favorite toys, but on my littlest, the top of the backpack came up above her head and… we fondly dubbed her the “Pack with Legs”!
Liz, isnt he!
Dyanne, hahaha, tell me you have a picture.
Come to think of it (read: my how the dodderin’ memory fails), the “Pack with Legs” wasn’t Mexico, but 3 years later (Alyson was 8 yrs., Angela, 11) when I dragged them to Europe for 8 months (went to school in France and Italy, backpacked Greece, et al). And… I DO have a pic of the girls at a train station with that bright orange pack sticking out above Aly’s head. (but dunno how to post it here…
Fun! You can either send it to me through the contact form (it has an option to attach an image) or you can post it on the Facebook page for everyone to enjoy.
