Shoot me with your best ones – plea for assistance
I am working on the new, hopefully improved, blog and thought it may be nice to have something like a FAQ, although it wont be a FAQ, because there is only one frequently asked question and its not that interesting – what camera I use.
Maybe it will be a QPA – questions people ask, or PAQ – people ask questions, or I can just use FAQ – favorite auto-questions. Either way, it will be so much funner and actually useful, if you ask the said questions.
And here is where you can help. Dont be stingy, go wild and bury me with questions. You never know, I may actually answer them ;)
How has the New Year been treating you so far? I find it extra hot and sweaty. In fact, my hands are sticking to the keyboard as I write.
What a lovely idea!
The new year… so far it’s had a little sunlight. So odd since we were starting to disbelieve in its existence. Though to be fair, I’ve been quite enjoying the rain. It hasn’t been disgustingly hot like it usually is. Fortunately, we aren’t in any flood danger here. Golly, if we went under there’d be no hope for the rest of QLD!
Now for some questions…
Will you be dropping in here during your travels?
How long will you be gone for?
Will you remain an Aussie citizen ;-)
Can I have your hair???
That is very funny….’what camera do you use?’ is the only question I have ever asked…
Now for some others…
1) Do you home school your children?
2) Did you study photography or is it just a hobby?
3) How many languages do you speak?
4) How did you learn to cook? Was it family influence, formal training, or was it by trial and error? (As a side note every time I read your blog I crave salsa and hummus ;) )
5) Besides your camera, what other photography equipment do you use (flash unit, lighting etc) and how many lenses do you have?
I am sure I will think of more questions but this is just a few off the top of my head.
Yes! Keep them coming, you good people you.
Cheers my friend.
Do you use a polarized lens?
Read any self help books? :)
Are you close friends with your neighbors?
I admire your drive to challenge yourself. When did that begin?
I hope you blog on your travels as I really loved reading your previous traveling adventures. Sometimes I felt I was experiencing these places too with the beautiful photos and descriptions of food.
With such a busy family how do you manage to be so creative and spend so much quality time with your children and husband and write a blog? Don’t you sleep? Don’t you need much sleep?
From,
Sleep deprived new Mum to No. 2
It’s freezing where I am so hot and sweaty sounds fab. Okay here goes with the questions…
How did you end up in Australia and what influenced your decision to live where you are now?
How do you manage to spend so much quality time with your children and …feed them/clean the house/ do laundry/blog?
I’m with Greta and Susan, although, you have already hinted at the question several times, how do you survive without sleep?! Blogging is so time consuming.
Another one: How did you and Mr. Blab end up together, two people from very different parts of the world, living a completely different country?
Greta, welcome. I will definitely answer that one. Its the second most asked question ;)
Silvia, I remember you asked that before. Sorry, I forgot. I will keep it in mind for sure.
I can take more!
Do you ever wake up and just feel like a grumpy pants? If so, how do you move on and make the best of the day?
Where is Mr Blab from?
What are you favourite movies?(I hate it when someone asks me that so feel free to ignore that question!)
What do you do when you are tired but you have three children to love and entertain and feed? i.e. whats your trick for always being so positive?
What are your top treats for the senses (and I mean all 5 of the by the way!).
Thats all I can think of now! :)
