One Minute in a Kyoto sushi train restaurant

That green bean dish reminds of a Philipino dish, but usually made with pork, it has green beans, jalapeƱos, and coconut milk. Yum!
Yum. Now you have to give the recipe.
This is a Thai dish, but also has coconut milk in it. Lovely and spicy.
Here it is, it’s super easy:
Brown pork in a bit of oil (I’ve only ever had it with pork, but I’m sure chicken would be equally delicious, in fact, I might try it today) Add a bit of fresh garlic, chopped onions and lots of sliced jalapenos and some fresh green beans (I like to steam them for a bit before adding them in). When the veggies get soft, add a can of coconut milk and let simmer, the longer the better. Serve over rice and enjoy. Oh yeah, don’t forget to season somewhere in there with salt and pepper.
Silvia, that sounds yummy and spicy. I think we would love it.
Thanks!
