Still on the mall

I was continuing having passing thoughts on the mall issue today. Just random thought. Flying. Bouncing in my head.

The mall is draining. It just takes of you. Your money, your time, your identity. You are amongst people, but alone. You are treated as a walking wallet, not a human being. The same activities of paying bills, buying food and stuff used to be part of life. It was a time to recharge your social batteries as well. You would walk in and out of the small shops, chat with the owners, exchange gossip, laugh and commiserate, take and give advice…feel like you belong. Like you are part of your surroundings. Alive and that people gave a crap about it.

I hate malls.
