Bliss in autumn
The weather has been perfect. Perfect.
After the hot summer days, when one is stuck trying to survive the heat anyway possible, the last weeks have been bliss. Its is not too hot, not too cold, just right. Ahhh….
So we went to a festival happening in the city.
Nick-nacks galore and best of all most were handmade little jewels. I had to (had to!) purchase a jar of onion jam, just because I have never partaken in this delight.
The tent with Turkish mama’s was a hit too.
Their little box of bits and pieces, most of which we had no clue what they were.
But most of all, because of the foooooood!
and a juicy selection of baklava and sweets:
The kids did some crafts.
And enjoyed some free juicy watermelon.
The little man was quiet as a mouse, Little B even asked me once where he was ;)
“Oh, he is on your back” – corrected herself with a grin seconds later.
And he stayed there until it was time for a feed and love gazes on the grass.
Give me some credit here, I have not eaten him yet!
